| Feeding programs account for most of the activity with meals provided in the Head Start Program. This program furnishes much of the nutrition a child receives each day. |

| Nutrition Counseling |
|
| A wide range of low-income persons, mostly children and the elderly are affected by the problems of malnutrition and starvation. In addition to the cookbook distribution program, Big Five staff also refer individuals to other programs services. |
