| Big Five Community Services, Inc., assist persons in Bryan, Carter, Coal, Love and Pontotoc counties with free or low cost prescription drugs. This program is to help clients fill out the required applications from participating pharmaceutical companies through the use of the internet. |

| This program is for maintenance drugs only, not emergency drugs. All drugs will be mailed directly to the client or a participating pharmacy. We do not dispense drugs. |

| Eligibility: |

| Income is not the only factor in eligibility. Because so many options are available, and each pharmaceutical company has different eligibility requirements, the only way to determine if a client is eligible is to complete an application for processing, especially if the client has excessive medical expenses. Most pharmaceutical companies require that there be no insurance coverage available and look at the income in the household. |
