Request for Price Quotations for Audit Services
Big Five Community Services, Inc. is seeking price quotations to conduct the Program Specific WIA A-133 Audit of Workforce Dynamics, Inc. operations for July 1, 2011 to July 31, 2012.
This is an OMB Circular A-133 audit of multiple grants and contracts issued to Workforce Dynamics, Inc. Specifications and price quotation/qualifications forms for each of the goods/services may be found at www.ecwib.org or by contacting the Big Five Community Services, Inc. offices by email to lstaggs@bigfive.org. Specifications may be obtained at any time, but price quotations must be received at the Big Five Community Services, Inc. offices not later than Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at 12:00 P.M.

Through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, volunteers and staff prepare basic Income tax returns and transmit them electronically using software provided by the Internal Revenue Service. Big Five offers this free service to citizens in our Durant, Coalgate, Marietta and Ada offices and the VITA site located at the Carter County Health Department. Each year IRS provides the training and certification to staff and volunteers on how to complete and submit returns. To qualify for this free service the total household income must be under the earned income tax credit amount and no depreciation schedules can be prepared for farm or self-employment returns. Our free e-filing service may take 7-10 days to receive the refund. But remember it’s free and could save on average $300.
