Big Five is a leading provider of developmental disability services with a service area that spans thirty-six counties of Central and Southeastern Oklahoma.  We currently serve more than two hundred individuals with cognitive or intellectual impairment and many have physical challenges as well.  Big Five provides resources, advocacy, and vocational training through paid employment opportunities, and direct care support services in home and community based settings.  Service eligibility is determined by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services/Developmental Disabilities Service Division (DDSD) and the age requirement for entering our program is three years of age to adult.
